OASSIS offers 6 comprehensive packaged plans for organizations with 1 to 50 employees. Each of our Packaged Plans, Value, Standard, Standard +, Enhanced, and Enhanced + and a Health Care Spending Account, include a wide range of Health, Dental, Life and Disability coverage.  Our Made 2 Measure option offers more variety and flexibility to best fit your budget needs.

Complete customized benefit plans for 20 to 1,000+ employees 

Fully customizable plans are available for groups with 25+ employees.  New plans can mirror current plan design or can be modified to meet the changing needs of a workforce.  We support multiple plan designs for union and non-union group.  We offer Single, Single +1 and Family coverage.

Travel insurance

  • Out of Province / Out of Country - $1,000,000 Emergency Medical Insurance for trips lasting up to 60 days for you and your dependents

  • As a Green Shield Canada plan member, you have access to the national preferred provider vision network and are eligible to receive a discount on eyewear.

A wide range of additional options to create the best fit for your organization
  • Optional Short Term & Long Term Disability Modules – protect employees with a monthly income in the event they are unable to work due to an injury or illness. With 4 modules to choose from there is a perfect fit to provide a high level of protection for your employees.
